These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Foundslot (https://foundslot.com/) (the “Platform” or “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Foundslot operates in compliance with applicable European Union and Spanish laws, including GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
2. Service Description
Foundslot is a SaaS platform providing automated scheduling, booking workflows, payments integration, forms, reminders, and calendar management tools for freelancers.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. Foundslot may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Subscription & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. All prices may include VAT where applicable under EU law.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by EU consumer protection laws.
5. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. Users agree to Stripe’s terms when using payment features. Foundslot does not store full card details and is not responsible for payment disputes or chargebacks.
Users accept and acknowledge that by accepting payments for their offered services through Foundslot via Stripe, they have to pay a transaction fee to Stripe of around 3% of the transferred amount. Any cancellations and booking rejections that result in a reimbursement of the charged fee may result in them not being returned such transaction fee regardless of not keeping the remaining of the payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and content are protected under EU intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by EU law, Foundslot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to Spanish courts unless EU consumer law provides otherwise.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)
If the User qualifies as a consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer protection law, the User has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the date of conclusion of the subscription contract.

If the User validly withdraws within the 14-day period and the Service has not yet begun, any payments received will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the withdrawal request.
